This pair of 15kg Sportnow Olympic Weight Plates provides an excellent way to bolster strength and bodybuilding. The 5cm holes fit standard Olympic bars and other specialty bars such as curl, trap and squat bars. Featuring three cut-out grip holes for finger and grip strength reinforcement, each plate also has a weight number imprinted on it for quick identification. They are coated in rubber to enhance durability and minimize the possibility of floor damage.
