In this reformulated Intra workout we’ve made sure it’s easy for you to reap the BCAA benefits by creating a mouthwatering Peachy Pear flavour.

Packed with a blend of natural essential amino acids, this BCAA powder is powered with 7g of BCAA in a 2:1:1 ratio, with added B-Vitamins, Magnesium, Glutamine & Coconut Water Powder.

Add 1 level scoop of powder (13g) to 500ml of water, during or after high intensity exercise. Alternatively, it can be added to a water bottle and consumed throughout the day.
