Hot Blood No-Stim supports your body during physically demanding or high-intensity workouts, as the 3g of creatine in the product is scientifically proven to boost performance during sequential, short-duration, high-intensity efforts such as weight training or interval cardio!*
Mix 2x1 serving (2x12,5g, 2x1 scoop) of Hot Blood No-Stim powder with 2x200 ml of cold water daily. The drink is slightly carbonated, so open the cap every 5 seconds when shaking to avoid accidents. Take one dose 30 minutes before training and one dose during training.
